We are structurally able to address the diverse needs of our customers, ranging from multiproduct,
small-quantity production to mass production.
We have three manufacturing locations, the Tokyo Factory, the Fuchu Factory and the Saitama Factory , Prioritizing the provision of safe products, we strive for quality control based on our Tokyo Factory and Saitama Factory, which has acquired FSSC 22000 and Food Additive GMP certifications, as well as our Fuchu and Saitama Factories, both certified with Food Additive GMP.
We rigidly control the entire process from the warehousing of raw materials to manufacturing and product shipment. We have a manufacturing structure capable of addressing the requests of customers leveraging the abundant knowledge and expertise we have accumulated over more than 60 years. By thoroughly managing production, we are also striving to streamline manufacturing and improve lead time.
Customers' needs are changing as consumers’ lifestyles become more diverse. We are sufficiently equipped to handle multiproduct, small-quantity production, mass production and more to meet the diverse needs of customers.
The management system was retooled in 2019 and the management of the process from the warehousing of raw materials to product shipment is centralized using QR codes.
At all our facilities, we conduct quality control based on our Tokyo Factory, which is certified with FSSC 22000 and Food Additive GMP. By maintaining close communication between the Manufacturing Headquarters and the Quality Assurance Department, we ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
