Manufacturing Structure

Manufacturing structure for safely delivering high-quality products

We have three manufacturing locations, the Tokyo Factory, the Saitama Factory and the Fuchu Factory, and we have established the stable supply of high-functionality, high-quality products to meet the needs of customers. Prioritizing the provision of safe products, we strive to ensure quality management by considering the Tokyo Factory, a facility that is certified in the GMP for food additives, as the standard.

Thoroughly managing the production process

We rigidly control the entire process from the warehousing of raw materials to manufacturing and product shipment. We have a manufacturing structure capable of addressing the requests of customers leveraging the abundant knowledge and expertise we have accumulated over more than 60 years. By thoroughly managing production, we are also striving to streamline manufacturing and improve lead time.

Manufacturing equipment compatible with multiproduct, small-quantity production

Customers' needs are changing as consumers’ lifestyles become more diverse. We are sufficiently equipped to handle multiproduct, small-quantity production, mass production and more to meet the diverse needs of customers.

Using the latest production management system

The management system was retooled in 2019 and the management of the process from the warehousing of raw materials to product shipment is centralized using QR codes.
